Specialisation · Approach · Way of Working

Specialised, because depth matters.

Kiacon focuses on ETRM systems — because Endur and Triple A form the core of trading operations and are not a peripheral function suited to IT generalists.

Who is behind Kiacon

KiaCon GmbH was founded by Alexandra Kiatipi and Katherina Mitrou — two specialists with direct operational experience in ETRM systems.

No generalist approach, no large consulting structure. Kiacon is deliberately small and focused: direct access to experienced specialists, without intermediary layers and without a junior pyramid.

  • Based in Germany — active in ETRM projects across DE, AT, CH and internationally
  • Multilingual: German, English, French, Spanish
  • Focus: Openlink Endur, Triple A Portfolio Management, system integration
  • Working model: remote-first, on-site when required

Why specialisation

ETRM systems like Endur and Triple A are technically complex, historically grown and tightly coupled with trading processes. Truly knowing these platforms requires years of direct work with them — not just project experience "in the ETRM space".

Our decision to specialise is not a limitation — it is the foundation for genuine depth. Those who can do everything rarely know Endur well.

  • Platform depth over project breadth: direct competence on the systems, not around them
  • Configuration, extension, upgrade and operations — not just analysis and concept
  • Integration knowledge from live Endur/Triple A environments
  • No learning curve at the project's expense

How we deliver

Engineering, not presentations

We deliver implementation, not slide decks. Analysis, design, code, tests and operational documentation — complete, with no outsourced deliverables.

Clear scope from the start

Perimeter, deliverables and timeline are defined before implementation begins. No scope creep, no "that was supposed to be included" discussions.

Production-readiness at the core

Monitoring, error handling, handover documentation and runbooks are part of every engagement — not optional extras after go-live.

Knowledge transfer as a close

Every project concludes with a structured knowledge transfer. The internal team should be able to operate independently — no dependency on Kiacon.

Engineering, not slideware.

This is not a slogan. It describes what we do not stand for: concept presentations without implementation responsibility, recommendations without an operational perspective, frameworks without practice.

We are where systems are built, integrated and brought into operation — and where someone takes responsibility for the outcome.
